![]() We recommend to visit the Schilthorn mountain, because it is less crowded, and it allows you to see the major attraction - the three mountains Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Obviously you can't don that if you go up to those three giants! Your ascend to the Schilthorn begins in the village Lauterbrunnen with its tall Staubbachfall waterfalls. |

![]() This is the top of the Schilthorn mountain. The turning restaurant called "Piz Gloria" performs a full rotation in 55 Minutes and offers spectacular views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau which are situated opposite of the Schilthorn. If you think you have seen the location before - you have! In 1968 the James Bond movie "On her Majesty's Secret Service" with George Lazenby as 007 had been filmed here.
