Okay. This is my dream home. It is located on top of The Heads. It provides a good view towards the ocean, and towards the lagoon. It is big (with swimming pool) and appears to be in a safe environment. And it was for sale! A bit pricey (recently they increased the price from 7.9 million Rand to 10.5 million Rand), but hey - that's still just 1.3 million Euros..
