Townships - one of the darker topics in South Africa. On your way from the airport to the hotel you will see the huts, located directly at the highway. Given the huge number of poor people, it's a wonder that there are not more problems in South Africa. And if you stick to the advice of the locals, you should not get into trouble at all.
