Some yachts started for a short race at the Kieler Yacht Club. We would not have been fast enough to catch up with them, but it was a fantastic sight.

The wharf of Kiel can be seen from a good distance - Kiel was and still is one of the centers for building ships.

You can cross the Kieler Förde by using one of the many passenger ferries. This is the Falckenstein.

The restaurant Louf is situated next to the local government. I've been told that they offer good food and drinks!

At the very end of the Kieler Förde, we met the massive ferry harbour. This is the AIDA Blu.
