My friend and fellow photographer Gerhard Kornexl shot this fantastic photo during the finals of
the Apotheker- und Ärzte-Bank Tournament where all winners of the previous matches had been invited. The
tournament took place in St. Maxime at the Cote d'Azur. According to Gerhard, the 18-hole course
offers many stunning views (just like this one) towards the Mediterranian Sea from the 2nd part of the course. It makes me think
of the Hitchcock classic To Catch A Thief, which had been filmed not far away.
