If your travel schedule permits, we recommend to take a half-day sidetrip on the C26 to the Gamsberg Pass and the spectacular scenery of the Khomas Hochland area, Namibias central highlands. The drive is roughly 120 km, mostly gravel road, so you will have a first impression of the road conditions in Namibia!
