We found that you need one full day from Jasper to Lake Louise, and if you do not reserve a room, you will find yourself under pressure to get a room in the middle of the Icefields Parkway! Thus, we suggest to book Jasper and Lake Louise a few days in advance and take all the time you need for the National Parks!
